BRB, my heart just melted, I’m mopping it up.  Service dogs are awesometastic. Wonder if Hero had a graduation ceremony after completing his original training :-)

MY PAST WEEK IN A NUTSHELL…

WED:
work tells us we’re losing our desks by the end of the month, not offices, not cubes, DESKS. “Hotelling/flex space” and home offices or nothin. Spend afternoon keeping sniffling coworker (could hear her 2 cubes away) from completely falling apart at her desk.

THUR:
wake up at 4am with vomiting, 100.8°F fever, body aches. Flu, what wonderful timing you have!

FRI:
see THUR

SAT:
fever gone, insomnia remains (thanks, stress). Start cleaning for upcoming houseguest (and my SANITY). Rest. Remember at 10PM about major regional work projects that were due Fri. WHAT! Giynlith talks me off a ledge. Stay up till 3am finishing reports.

SUN:
curse insomnia. Curse marching band practicing for parade outside (ESPECIALLY the drummers). Nap briefly for a total of 6-hrs sleep. Prepare to finish triage on apt before houseguest and workweek arrive and sanity leaves. Giynlith will assist.

Gotta go. Giynlith’s getting on the train. Hoarders triage coming up!
